Yeah, the tutorial is long but it covers two different ways of vectoring as well as coloring the vector once you're finished tracing the scan. It seems like a lot of work but once you get the hang of it it's not difficult at all.

Vectoring is a very useful skill to have, especially when it comes to walling. That way you can use any screen shot or scan, no matter how degraded the quality, and still be able to use it in a wall. It takes practice at first but once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy. I've got a link to a tutorial here you can try. It's for Photoshop though, if you use Paint Shop Pro then I can dig up my friend's tutorial since he uses PSP and is the vector master.
